I would not even know where to start to dig.  :)

Server uptime is correct (# of seconds since boot).

Weewx-uptime is a mystery.   Mine is calculated from Jan 1 1970.  It would 
be nice to fix, but no big deal.  I commented it out.

What is funny, is that on 1 RPI it is correct and on another RPI (different 
station), it is wrong.  Both are somewhat identical stations with different 
WX hardware.

This makes more sense.  Neither have a RTC installed.
