It is a PI without an RTC, but with NTP.

Yes, it was weewx server uptime far exceeding server uptime.  

The value really has little value, so I removed the line from the skin, so 
won't see it anymore.    I thought it was calculated from /proc/uptime, but 
that must be server uptime.

root@WeeWx:/media/# cat /proc/uptime
27120.94 106950.13

27,120 is just over 7 hours and that is correctly reported as Server Uptime.

This is on v3.5.0
