Sorry, otherwise busy. I suggest you stop weeWX, edit home/weewx/weewx.conf and set debug=1. Start weeWX and let it run for at least 10 minutes. Then go back to the weeWX log and take an extract from when weeWX was just started covering at least the 10 minutes it has been running. It is important you include all of the startup preamble, don't edit/delete anything. Post that and let's see what's going on in detail.
Also, post a copy of your weewx.conf. Alternatively, you could use wee_debug to produce this and post the wee_debug output. wee_debug is detailed at this link http://weewx.com/docs/utilities.htm#wee_debug_utility. However you post weex.conf, make sure any sensitive information such as passwords etc has been removed (wee_debug will try to do this but it's not foolproof). I suspect the database locked issue from the 17th has resolved itself and something else is at play.
