Logging:  If the station/console has a logger, then the weather station 
will continue to record readings even if a host pc is turned off/ crashes.  
If the station has a logger then weewx will usually recover missing data 
following a crash/reboot by reading the missing history records from the 
station logger.  If you have no logger in the station, then in the even of 
power failure / reboot/ crash/ loss of communications with a host pc will 
result in loss of data (obviously).

Where will the data end up:  Is the webserver on your local network or 
accessed over the internet?
