Tom - I can't honestly answer that one. I do know that when I signed up to PWS something occurred which made me think that WU and POW (I'm sure it was those two) were one and the same thing, but I don't recall the precise details except to say that I now only submit to WU for simplicity's sake. I may well have been wrong though. As for WOW - that was extrapolated from the previous belief and the actual 'odd' fault being experienced affecting only some uploads. Andrew
