Ray, Bad luck having a dud USB port. If the weeWX generated web page is not displaying/updating as it should then the clues will be in the log. I suggest you stop then start weeWX and let it run for 10 to 15 minutes. Once weeWX has been running for 10-15 minutes take a log extract (likely /var/log/syslog) from when you started weeWX until 10-15 minutes have passed. Post the log extract without alteration and we can then see what is going on.
