These lines:

tell us that weeWX is not running as it was stopped 4 hours 50 minutes ago. Yes 
the -l does not add much in this case, I tend to think it sees the three dots 
after the word 'exiting' (that's how weeWX does it) and the linux thinks that 
is ellipsised and there is more to display, which there's isn't. Afraid these 
aspects of the operating system are not my strong point.

Anyway, I see nothing wrong with what you posted, weeWX stopped so why not try 
starting it with the start commend?
