You were running weeWX 3.5.0, if your new RPi will run a later version (3.8.0?) do have a lok at the Upgrade Guide <http://weewx.com/docs/upgrading.htm> and peruse the section about upgrading from 3.5, there have been some changes to weewx.conf so be wary of just copying your old weewx.conf to a newer version install, you could get caught out. A clean install will be fine and you will be able to copy over your data without problem. Your present setup seems to include at least a couple of complex skin extensions, so I would certainly get the basic weeWX/Vantage install up and running before adding in any extras, and then add one at a time.
