Hi Gary, I won't give so quick. Although I couldn't identify the root cause for my station not reporting any more the wind direction I'm willing to fix that issue. I have a seconf unused wind direction sensor for a WH1080 here available. I need to modify it to support the extended cable length between the wind sensor and the outdoor temp sensor & sender. I will do that and then we will see.
Although this might take some weeks as I just started a new job and need to make sure I come into the new role as quick as possible. I will probvide here an update asap.
