If you don't want to solder, and just want plug-and-play options, then you can check out the range of weather products at SwitchDoc <https://shop.switchdoc.com/collections/weather>. This one looks like a plug-and-play board <https://shop.switchdoc.com/collections/weather/products/ourweather-complete-weather-kit> to a Pi. I have no experience with it. You'll want to read his blog, product descriptions, etc. Because he does reference Arduino a couple times, too.
