If you don't want to solder, and just want plug-and-play options, then you

plug-and-play board

to a Pi. I have no experience with it. You'll want to read his blog, 
product descriptions, etc. Because he does reference Arduino a couple 
times, too. 

Otherwise your best bet might be an all-in-one weather station like what I 
posted earlier.
