As the subject says the moon rise and set does not come up even though I
have pyephrem installed. Just the standard sun rise and set and moon phase
- see the attached jpg

Seasons skin (the skin that came up when I looked at the Apache web page,
the new standard I guess)
Raspberry Pi 3 B
WeeWX Debian install version 3.9.1
custom driver to feed WeeWX data.
New test system - ran simulator for a couple days and then switched to live
data. After about 10-12 hours of live data the display no longer showed
signal strength, UV, etc which live data did not have just as I assume it
should.

When I did the
python -c "import ephem; print ephem.__version__"
got 3.7.6.0

Stopped, restarted WeeWX
stopped, started WeeWX
rebooted the pi

Ran sudo wee_reports weewx.conf
which ran but no change in display.

Nothing that looks suspicious in the system log even with debug on - see
attached mysyslog file. Switched debug on around 10:52-53. Restarted
WeeWX at 10:53.

Any suggestions? I know it can work because KIDIDAHO27 in Idaho has it
working.
