Yesterday when I was able to download the csv I saved a copy of it. I put it up on a site hosted by me and changed the URL in wunderfixer to point there instead. Now it parses it and starts the backfill. Still isn't showing up on their side though. I'm going to run it about 10 times over the next few hours and see what happens.
