I thought that maybe I should do it with rain and not with rainTotal. I did
a graph with:
[raintotals]
    title = Lluvia por Mes
    show_button = true
    button_text = Media Lluvia
    type = column
    time_length=all
    aggregate_type = avg
    aggregate_interval = 2592000 # 1 week
    [[rainmonthtotals]]
        title = Histórico de Lluvia por Mes
        subtitle = Lluvia por Mes Desde el Comienzo
        xaxis_groupby = month
        xaxis_categories = 'Ene', 'Feb', 'Mar', 'Abr', 'May', 'Jun', 'Jul',
'Ago', 'Sep', 'Oct', 'Nov', 'Dic'
        [[[rain]]]
            name = Media
            yaxis_minorTicks = true

and got something else, I thought it would be the average per day, but no.

I don't understand the aggregate_inteval parameter and its relationship
with xasis_groupby. Maybe only one is necessary.
Ah! and I'm sorry, but the yaxis_minorticks parameter doesn't work.
The problem of to map graph.conf to highcharts maybe you could use the
highcharts options as is and translate whatever is different as the equal
for two points or whatever in graph.conf so that highcharts accept it as
your options. I don't know if I understand the problem
Regards
