I also ran into the same problem when the clocks went forward last night. 
I've read elsewhere that doing wee_device --dump can solve the issue, but 
when I do that I get the error:

weewx.CRCError: Unable to pass CRC16 check while getting data

I also get a bunch of errors like this one:

ERROR weewx.manager: Unable to add record 2021-03-28 02:54:00 BST 
(1616896440) to database 'weewx.sdb': attempt to write a readonly database

which I don't understand, as I didn't have problems like that before the 
clock change.

Any ideas?
