Hi Ivo, The current Bresser manual seems to be dumbed down (given that it is aimed at weather enthusiasts this seems a strange decision) however the previous manual can still be found on line here: http://archive.bresser.de/download/7002571/Manual_7002571_PC-Wetterstation_en_BRESSER_v052020a.pdf
I would recommend downloading a copy of this manual, Page 20 of this manual provides the information you need under the section 'DATA LOG'. The DATA button is on the back of the console.
