Someone emailed me just then saying that they had an exception while using
pyephem:
weewxd[1356]: ERROR weewx.cheetahgenerator: **** Reason: cannot find
'next_rise'
The template contains the following that caused the exception:

$almanac.moon.next_rise.format("%H:%M

#end if
