I am in the suburbs and don't flush pee either... It just seems like such a waste (ohhh that's kinda funny... laughing at my own jokes again). I used to compost but my pile got too big and I wasn't managing it well.
I am soooo NOT granola but I don't mind other labels... UU, Liberal, democrat, breastfeeding proponent, natural birth advocate, MOM...

If you put the lid of the toilet down it's really not that big a deal.We also compost and have a vegetarian kitchen, so I suppose you could call us granola.
