Add my vote to those who just HATED the book Wicked. My book group read it, and to a person we all despised it, including the person who picked it. Unbearable. I finished it, but it was a slog. The only other book that came close to me hating it as much for my book group was Running with Scissors (even a Million Little Pieces, for all it was a batch of lies, was more readable).
