It's usually congregation by congregation, although the Presbyterian Church is a More-Light Presbyterian, which means they are publicly acknowledged as gay-friendly. In the next few years, if not sooner, there's probably going to be a HUUUUUGE (official) split in the Presbyterian, Methodist, and Episcopal churches as this becomes more and more of an issue.
