Probably somebody's already mentioned this, but there's a movie about the whole phenomenon of dogs being trained to attack African- Americans. Paul Winfield tries to break such a dog of its programming. I rented it a few years ago (from the best video store on earth, Video Vault in Alexandria) and it was worth seeing.
