Bookmark Wizard

Bookmark Wizard is a little program with a simple wizard-like
interface that generates an HTML page with all/selected links
from your Internet Favorites folder.

The links in the resulting page are grouped and sorted in
ascending order like they are in your Favorites folder. You
can specify colors for links and backgrounds, title, caption,
etc., for your page. The resulting web page can be used as
a links page on your homepage; you can send it to a friend
or use it just as a startup page for your web browser etc.

 WEIRD NEWS

Body Snatchers Raid Dozens of Graves
HANOI (Reuters) - Police in Vietnam are investigating the
disappearance of bones from dozens of graves at a
cemetery in the south of the country. A police officer in
Phan Thiet said the problem in the town's cemetery was
first noticed by relatives who went to pay their respects to
dead relatives before the traditional Tet New Year holiday.
"People visited graves in January just before Tet and they
found signs of digging at the graves," he told Reuters,
adding that there had been several more recent cases.
"We don't know why the remains are stolen. We are
investigating." About 100 graves had been robbed. The
robberies could have been sparked by rumors of rewards
for turning in remains of American soldiers killed in the
Vietnam War.

In Hanoi, a Vietnamese woman forced her 10-year-old
stepson to stitch up his mouth as a punishment for
stealing 200 dong (1.3 cents). The woman, 31, handed
the boy a needle and thread after beating him severely
for stealing the money in Bac Ninh, east of Hanoi, an
officer there said. "She did not do it herself but she forced
the boy to it while she was watching," he told Reuters.
"It was just one stitch." Media reports said the woman
had threatened to tell the boy's father of the theft if he
refused. The People's Police newspaper said Hien
would be prosecuted on a charge of ill-treating a child.

A TV cable layer landed a role in Martin Scorsese's new
film because he was so ugly. Phil Kirk plays a gang leader
alongside Cameron Diaz, Liam Neeson and Leonardo Di
Caprio. He contacted the Ugly Agency after his friend said
his jug ears and bent nose made him look like a film baddie.
Phil, from Somerset, flew to Rome for a month to appear in
Gangs Of New York. He earned about 6,000 despite having
no acting experience."I never dreamt in a million years that
I'd make my acting debut in Scorsese's latest movie with huge
names," said 51-year-old Phil. "Now I've caught the acting
bug. If Vinnie Jones can make a go of it, why can't I?" His
friend Piers Partridge said: "I was gobsmacked when I got
a card from Phil in Rome saying he was out drinking with
Liam Neeson. He hasn't stopped rubbing my nose in it since."

A Hong Kong court sentenced 3 crematorium workers to up to
18 months in jail for stealing watches, jewelry and even shoes
from corpses. The district court had earlier found 4 crematorium
workers guilty of conspiracy to steal. The sentencing of the fourth
defendant has been adjourned for another three weeks pending
a psychologist report. The four were accused of breaking into
coffins and stripping valuables and even clothes from corpses
over an 8-year period between 1991 and 1999 at a government
crematorium. "This may be a case of petty thievery but they have
destroyed the trust of their families and the government," the
judge told the court.

Cut and Paste

You can copy text, icons, or groups of icons to new locations
using the Cut and Paste (or Copy and Paste) technique. This
also applies to graphics, spreadsheet data, or anything else
considered to be an object.

Windows considers the stuff mentioned above as an object,
and through the magic of OLE (Object Linking and Embedding)
it moves information from one place to another on your hard
drive.
