For the brush size tooltip, these brushes are sadly very hard-coded buttons.
Their code is really different from the others and for no real reasons.
Adding a hacked tooltip on this seems like a lost of time, since what they
need it's a full rewrite. So they can be used in theme and have all the
standard functionalities (hotkeys, tooltips, configurability...). Also I
think that these icons are currently very clear.
So it will be probably an easy side-effect of a future code cleaning but the
little need of tooltips will not start this now.
