sapient: Thanks for your comment. I considered that option (to deliberately
have different teams show as one), but decided to file the bug anyhow. As you
can set the team colours to be the same too, I do see the merits of also that
approach.

Can you think of other ways to prevent such confusion?

As I said, not showing the team-name at all is an option, for me. 

With fog, the status table (both 1.2 and 1.3) serves its purpose. _Without
fog_, I can't check right now if the teams are distinguishable (or
distinguishable enough) _without resorting to the information provided by the
user-team-name_ in the status table.

Maybe some *highlighting / bold* / colour tint / whatever in the status table
for players in the same team (or at least for your own team) could work? That
way, the user-team-name field could freely show whatever the scenario
designer wants, while the status table still shows accurate information.

Maybe you could ask the art people if they think one of these options would
be feasible / look good?
