Details:
I played "Vengeance," the last scenario of the South Guard campaign several
times at the hardest available level. The victory condition is to get
Ethiliel, the Elvish druid, to a certain tree to parley with the followers of
Mebrin. Whether I succeeded or whether I got Ethiliel killed, the scenario
ended and I got the same series of messages (the ones where Ethiliel
addresses all the troops and tells them that the condition of peace is that
the elves won't permit men in the forests anymore or come to them as
counselors, etc.).
Is this correct? That just doesn't seem right.
