Details:

When playing/observing a multiplayer game online and getting control of a
side later in the game, the client will stall at the end of the game right
before returning to the lobby, apparently waiting for a server response of
some sort.

Verified with version 1.2.5 but I'm quite sure it's still the same with 1.3.
