I've playtested the scenario several times both in 1.2.4 and 1.3.4+SVN, and I
can not reproduce the bug. Besides, the WML regarding the endlevel bonus in it
is correct ( the bonus=yes key ) and that line has not been changed for some
time - long before 1.2. Therefore, I'm marking the status of this feature
request - bug as "Works For Me"
