Follow-up Comment #4, bug #9649 (project wesnoth):
There's one thing that occurred to me, that I'd like to confirm, as I won't
be testing this with SVN.
"Now, use any hex _without enemy_ as a possible attack origin" ("... but if
non-empty propose the nearest one")
-> What happens if you have two _enemy_ units adjacent to each other, and you
focus (or re-focus) the attack through one of these enemy-occupied hexes to
the other? It is of course not a "possible attack origin" as such, since it
is occupied, but if the hex is occupied, it doesn't really matter (for the
one attacking unit) whether it is occupied by a friend or a foe.
So, I assume that the _nearest empty hex_ should always be proposed when
focusing through an occupied hex, that is, also in case of enemy-occupied
adjacent hexes.
Is this assumption correct?
