Details:

When a unit is selected and a target (including those which could normally
not be reached by that unit) is chosen *very* quickly, both units will remain
on their original hexes and engage in combat (potentially) across multiple
hexes.

So far, I have been able to reproduce this behaviour many times both against
the AI and against other players. When performed against other players, they
are also able to see a multi-hex attack take place; there are no errors
produced for either player.

Attached is a replay demonstrating two instances of the bug. The
Thunderguard is able to attack the grunt across a one-hex gap. Also, the
Ulfserker is able to attack the Crossbowman despite being unable to `reach'
under normal circumstances.
