Details:
The Liberty campaign frequently references Baldras and Harper -- in
dialogues, in scenario objectives, etc. But in the third scenario, /A
Strategy of Hope/, Baldras and Harper disappear. Relnan calls the
human-controlled leader Baldras, but its name is just 'Bandit', and there is
no Harper. No units can be recalled in that scenario; they all seem to have
disappeared.
This is highly confusing and assumedly wrong. Note: I have only played up to
the scenario /The Gray Woods/ in the campaign, and the problem has existed
from /A Strategy of Hope/ up until where I'm at.
