Details:
This bug might be related to the "Highwayman or Highwayman?" bug I just
reported--I'm not at all sure.
I'm still playing "Liberty". After I finish the turn in which I've had
Baldras kill the enemy captain, the game advances to the third scenario, "A
Strategy of Hope." Now, Harper, a lead unit whose death means automatic
defeat, was still very much alive at the end of the second scenario.
However, he does NOT appear in the third scenario at all. Instead, at the
place where Harper SHOULD appear, I get a random thug.
I mention the "Highwayman or Highwayman?" bug here because, in my recall list
for this scenario, I have an anonymous highwayman. (Harper, of course, does
not promote to highwayman, ever. I did not succeed in leveling him in the
prior scenario, and Baldras properly appears as himself as a Level 3
Highwayman).
I attach a copy of the beginning of the "Strategy of Hope" scenario from my
game; at this point I have not started my first turn.
