Details:
During a game on Isars cross this guy <Hastoukas> was cheating. In round 3 he
goes home and buys 4 expensive units. We other get error reports that says it
is to expensive to buy that unit. We got 3 error reports. He changed the
value of the variable that holds the money. He says he can do that movement
to.
