Details:
I notice that the music transitions where abrupt.
I changed the sound class to do a smooth transition using fadin and fadeout.
It also uses pooling changing the music on think_about_music, so the game
does not freezes during the transitions.
The transitions only affect immediate music changes, does not happen when the
sound classes chooses a new song on the play list, just to not have a annoying
undesired fade.
I'm new to wesnoth code, so can't ensure that is the best solution.
