Details:
The new map border mechanism lacks the terrain graphic overlays for complex
terrain types, in the outer hexes. This can be reproducible, at least, by
painting the Forest, Mountains and Swamp Water in the outer area, with the
editor. The result is that the terrain data gets modified, and the graphics
appear, but only the base graphic (i.e. the savanna grass for the Forest),
not the overlays (trees for the Forest).
This is probably not related to bug #10219, as it happens with any border
row, not necessarily the top one.
This affects Wesnoth 1.3.9+SVN, all recent snapshots.
