I've looked into your code, and i think it doesn't totally fix the issue.
Through 'INCLUDE' is by far the most frequent macro name for it, macros used
to include a file sometimes have a different name (for example sometimes UMC
auhors add campaign abreviations prefix to the name).
I have an idea how to address this, we would allow recursion but only a
limited amount of time (say 4 or 5 times ? it seems reasonable).
I'll probably try to code this tonight or tomorrow unless someone else is
faster than me a write an even better fix.
