Oh a few more things:
For me, it also occurred during campaigns.
I never had this problem in 1.3.18, but it started when i installed 1.3.19.
Perhaps I messed up the installation somehow? Should I have deleted the
1.3.18 version before I installed 1.3.19??
If I just make a selection and click okay without changing my selection, I
can play normally.
