Follow-up Comment #2:

Wesnoth engine was *not* built for ultrahigh HP for units and all sensible
UMC authors know that. There was a cap on HP that got removed during 1.3
because it caused game to crash in some add-ons utilising thousands HP
approch. The fact it got removed does not change the fact the engine still
does not, and will not in forseeable future support high HP units.

Changing to a feature request.
