Details:

To reproduce make two units with lots of HP. 5000 should be enough to wait
like 10 minutes.
Your unit needs a berserk weapon and several other weapons all with high
damage and lots of strikes.
The enemy unit doesn't need to have lots of strikes because of you having at
least one berserk weapon. But it should have at least twice the amount of
base damage per strike then each of your weapons.
Move next to the enemy and click to attack him.
Wait... Go have breakfast.
