Follow-up Comment #5, bug #11279 (project wesnoth):
Okay, several points:
1) Thanks for pointing out that the masked units appear in no files. They
were in the wrong textdomain and thus never scanned for the files, currently
talking to esr to get it fixed.
2) No idea what is missing in the tarball so that make update-po ain't
possible in there. I just know that it is possible to run it from the
sourcetree (which is available to everyone) and that it is a *very* minor job
that in general noone outside has to run anyway. So personally I do not care
much if it is not possible to do so from the tarball since it is nothing
really required.
