Details:
I have implemented the pre/recall events, like indicate in
http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/EasyCoding.
I have mainly move the "wml_recall" argument of the "recruit_unit" in
action.hpp and add a test using it.
But I have a question: the "recall" event seem to actualy recruit a new unit
(i.e see the second scenario of An _Orcish Incursion).
It should by trigger as a "recall" or a "recruit" ?
