Follow-up Comment #1, bug #11393 (project wesnoth):

Currently the engine only remembers that a unit was slowed, but not by who
nor when it was slowed.
Thus we need to think about a system to solve this, probably by adding a new
unit variable to the side of the attacker or the turn when it was slowed or
both.
