Details:
In 1.5.1+svn, the test scenario has an animated campfire hex made of item
haloes. It animates properly as long as:
1) there are other animations in progress in the visible screen area or;
2) the user is highlighting other hexes, continuously (not still)
So, if one starts the test scenario, sets the game to a reasonably low
resolution (say, 1280x800), and scrolls down so that no captured villages are
visible (captured by any side), the campfire won't animate unless the user
starts highlighting hexes around, or one of the visible units is decided upon
for playing idle animations.
