Details:
This patch applies to trunk revision 28524.
It is used to help compile wesnoth on Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition (I
think it also works on pro edition and team suite).
Required dev packages:
python
zlib
freetype
boost (don't forget to compile with zlib support for iostreams)
gettext (from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/)
SDL
SDL_image
SDL_ttf
SDL_mixer
SDL_net
fribidi (there are vc projects in its repository)
glib (check http://www.gtk.org/download-windows.html for this and following
2 packages)
cairo
pango
Please do change encoding of leader_list.cpp and network_worker.cpp to UTF-8
BOM or UNICODE BOM to satisfy VC9 text string check (for the sex signals).
Visual C++ 2008 solution files is located in VC9 folder
