Hmm yes MSVC should indeed be able to compile that assembler code. Which
language do you use by default.
Thanks for confirming the three commits don't break MSVC 9.
I had a look at the dummy unit changes, but I'm not convinced it's the right
solution and I asked another dev who's more familiar with that part of the
code to have a look.
