Summary: Death of Konrad in HttT on first scenario during

Details:
In HttT scenario 1, Konrad's death leads to defeat. However, if Konrad is
killed when defending from an enemy attack, the defeat notification is only
displayed at the beginning of the player's next turn - it should happen
immediately. A savegame is also generated for the turn after the death (when
the notification does show up) allowing the player to restart the game on
that turn with Konrad dead.
