Details:
Scenario six of Northern Rebirth should be beatable by surviving for 18
turns. If you do that, the dialog is triggered and then the game says "You
are defeated."
The WML looks fine:
[event]
name=time over
...
[endlevel]
result=victory
bonus=no
[/endlevel]
[/event]
So maybe this is a problem with [endlevel]? If so it might explain bug
#14216...
Attached is a save at the end of the scenario. Hit next turn and you will
lose.
