Follow-up Comment #2, bug #14957 (project wesnoth):
It is visible in manual, but there it is not really such a problem, because
there is just extra space, but where characters start to overlap it can get
quite ugly, hard to read, e.g., character ī sitting on top of character l,
as it happens now.
This would be a blocker for me, before this release. But I'm not aware how
big a change is this conversion to Pango.
