Follow-up Comment #3:
In revision 40741 I switched to a new po4a version (0.38) that does now
support image alt text translations. All versions between this and 0.34 were
*not* able to generate the wesnoth html manual due to a bug in the po4a xml
parser with multiline entries.
Sadly this commit introduces several new strings simply because those alt
texts were not there before...
