Details:

This patch implements prototype support for basic persistence data WML syntax
suggested in http://wiki.wesnoth.org/SoC_Ideas_Persistent_Gameworld#WML_Syntax
and modifies data/campaigns/tutorial/scenarios/1_Tutorial.cfg for use as a
test.

To test: Start the tutorial, complete the first scenario victoriously, then
quit to main menu and start the tutorial again.

Expected result: The second time the tutorial is started, instead of giving
normal choice between Konrad and Li'Sar, the scenario will reload the student
unit from the previous pass, and disply a message about deja vu from the
student.

Note: I do not necessarily expect this patch to be committed, but I am
providing it so that 2010 Google Summer of Code mentors can review it as a
sample of my coding. If you are not a Summer of Code mentor, please DO NOT
remove this patch.
