Follow-up Comment #1:
This is very likely caused by some player(s) having the Ageless Era installed
(even if it's not currently being used) while some don't: that era adds an
alternative advancement to the Orcish Grunt, causing the game to go out of
sync unless everyone has the era installed.
Therefore, I'm marking this as invalid and closing it because it's actually a
bug in an add-on. We're going to make the author fix it ASAP, though.
