Follow-up Comment #1, bug #16244 (project wesnoth):
Do you mean "fullscreen" (as in "wesnoth uses all of the screen", eg
available via the preferences or the hotkey ctrl+f) or "maximized window"?
In general this sounds, uhm, strange. Might be some libsdl problem, no idea.
